Pearson Nexus Solutions is a licensed health insurance advisory service operating in Florida. We provide:

- Plan comparison and recommendations
- Enrollment assistance and support
- Ongoing customer service
Our consultations are free. We are compensated by insurance carriers upon enrollment.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:
3.1 Message Types
You may receive text messages including:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Quote and application status updates
- Document requests and notifications
- Enrollment period reminders (with marketing consent)
- Plan information and updates (with marketing consent)
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Transactional messages are sent as needed. Marketing messages are limited to approximately 2-4 per month during enrollment periods.
3.3 Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all text messages.
After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message. You will not receive any additional messages unless you opt back in.
3.4 Rejoining After Opt-Out
To rejoin after opting out, text START or UNSTOP to our number, or submit a new quote request on our website with SMS consent.

3.6 Message and Data Rates

You acknowledge that text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner.
T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other mobile carriers expressly disclaim all liability for any damages, costs, or losses arising from or related to: (a) delayed, failed, or undelivered text messages; (b) errors, interruptions, or failures in text messaging services; (c) any content transmitted via text message; or (d) any acts or omissions of other carriers or third parties involved in delivering text messages.
By consenting to receive text messages, you agree to hold harmless all mobile carriers and their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the text messaging services provided under this agreement.
3.8 Supported Carriers
Our text messaging services are designed to work with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, not all carriers may be supported, and message delivery cannot be guaranteed across all networks.
3.9 Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
3.10 TCPA Compliance
Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
4. Communications Consent
By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Pearson Nexus Solutions via:
